Senior Technical Analyst, Data Engineering and Business Intelligence

Job Overview

Flexible hybrid schedule. Work location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto until approximately late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python‑based data pipelines, automation scripts and internal analytics tools.
• Build and optimize data transformations, models and workflows in Snowflake and Informatica Cloud.
• Convert existing spreadsheet‑based models into scalable, centralized Python and Snowflake‑based solutions.
• Automate internal reporting, data validation, back‑testing and analytical workflows to reduce manual effort and error risk.
• Partner with the Product team to support analytics related to competitor analysis, performance reporting, risk ratings, fund comparisons and research initiatives.
• Apply sound engineering practices including version control (Git), modular code design, logging and unit testing.
