THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 20% - Coordinates the scheduling, conduct, and documentation of competency assessments.
• 20% - Monitors compliance of assessment centers and assessors with TESDA regulations and quality standards.
• 10% - Facilitates the validation and issuance of National Certificates and Certificates of Competency.
• 10% - Provides technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries/stakeholders.
• 10% - Undertakes analysis and analysis of project proposals and research studies.
