This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality claims management, strong compliance, and outstanding performance outcomes across the organisation.
As a senior leader, you will drive continuous improvement, uplift technical capability, influence strategic decision-making, and partner closely with internal stakeholders, including our Legal team to ensure best practice across the scheme.
