Responsibility

• Perform root cause analysis on device hardware components, including PCB circuits, firmware, and software, and develop solutions for complex technical issues.
• Manage and oversee data communication infrastructure, including network configurations, server setups, and equipment calibration to ensure system efficiency.
• Develop and implement proactive maintenance and troubleshooting strategies to enhance IoT device reliability and longevity.
