Job Description

Position Title: Senior Test Development Engineer 
Your Job 
- Own the planning and development of new production test platforms for silicon photonics chips and wafers. This role leads end-to-end system definition, vendor collaboration, and acceptance readiness, ensuring new stations are production-ready with GR&R / repeatability targets and complete specifications and validation documentation.

What You Will Do 
Lead new test station/platform definition across wafer prober/wafer sort, optical coupling/FAU alignment, and test platforms: translate internal needs into system architecture, specifications, and acceptance criteria. 
Own technical engagement with equipment/instrument vendors: solution evaluation, trade-off decisions, proposal reviews, and technical alignment to meet performance, throughput, and quality targets.
