The company supports a wide range of industries including cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics. As they continue to grow, they are seeking for a Senior Test Development Engineer to support new product development and production release activities. This role focuses on ATE test solution development, test program coding, debugging, characterization, and production support for analog and mixed-signal power ICs.

Responsibilities

• Design component-level circuits for precision parametric measurement and dynamic signal analysis
• Develop automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits
• Participate in all phases of product development including:
  • Design for testability (DFT)
  • IOS
