You will be accountable for managing documentation and guiding clients through the appointment of The Canada Trust Company in their legal papers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Private Trust branches with prospective client introductions
• Document client communications and ensure adherence to policies
• Collaborate closely with clients and their lawyers
• Participate in ongoing review of Will clauses and policies
• Escalate complex situations requiring policy clarification
