Service Advisor - Letchworth
Basic Salary £32,000. OTE £40,000. Great benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers.
- Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle.
- Accurately complete courtesy car insurance paperwork.
- Call customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed.
- Liaise with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team and Drivers.
- Invoice work carried out.
- Explain invoices and take payment.
- Quote, introduce and sell service plans.
- Ensure all warranty paperwork is correctly completed.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential requirements:
- 12 months Motor Trade Service Advisor experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
