Service Coordinator – Wimbledon
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service enquiries and service requests.
- Schedule engineer visits for installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate engineer diaries to maximise efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding spare parts and equipment.
- Support continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction
Personal Requirements
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, customer service, or administration.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, proactive, and customer focused.
