TEKsystems is partnering with a rapidly growing IT consulting company in Northeast Wisconsin to hire two IT Support Specialists (Tier I & Tier II) on a contract-to-hire basis. These roles are perfect for candidates who enjoy a mix of help desk troubleshooting and hands-on field work, offering more variety than a traditional desk-only support position.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across multiple industries, requiring strong technical skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Help Desk Support (60–70%)
+ Serve as the first point of contact for client IT issues via phone, email, and ticketing system
+ Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I/II issues, including:
+ Active Directory password resets and user management
+ Microsoft 365 (O365) administration
+ Printer, connectivity, and network access issues
+ Workstation and operating system errors (Windows environments)
