Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, customer training, and customer application support.
+ Responsible for revenue generation throughout the product lifecycle service.
+ Responsible for following up on customer acceptance after new equipment installation.
+ Responsible for completing customer service case summaries in the after-sales service system and creating customer equipment service history records.
+ Provides technical after-sales service, offering technical analysis of customer equipment failures, identifying root causes, and providing solutions.
+ Possesses intermediate application debugging skills and can independently complete moderately difficult application debugging tasks.
