Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Handle customer service requests and provide technical support at site.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical requirements.
