Job Description
The main task includes the technical support of complex customer systems directly on site and in-house.
- System maintenance and repair: Carrying out repairs, maintenance and fault diagnoses both at the factory and at the customer's site worldwide.
- Commissioning and installation: Independent installation and initial commissioning of new systems as well as the renewal (upgrades) of existing systems.
- Quality assurance: Preparation, execution and documentation of performance verifications at the customer's site, as well as active support during factory acceptance tests (FAT) and customer acceptance tests (CAT).
- Customer contact: Close cooperation and communication with international customers as well as support of systems engineering in acceptance processes.
