Job Description
On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for: Service Manager – BESS / Solar PV
Responsabilities:
- Lead and coordinate service activities for BESS and Solar PV projects , including execution, commissioning, and post-sales support.
- Manage and oversee Service Request (SR) tickets , ensuring timely resolution aligned with customer requirements and SLAs.
- Supervise on-site activities such as installation oversight, cold & hot commissioning, system integration, troubleshooting, and final acceptance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects according to established processes, quality standards, and timelines.
- Conduct site audits for BESS and Solar plant locations and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements.
