Service Manager Vacancy for an Independent Service Centre

Location: Leighton Buzzard 

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1 in 2 Saturdays)

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join a long-established and highly regarded independent garage in Leighton Buzzard. This is a hands-on leadership role within a growing business that operates both vehicle sales and a fully equipped service & MOT centre. The workshop supports a consistent flow of retail customer work, internal preparation, and all-makes servicing, providing a stable and varied workload.

You’ll have genuine autonomy to run the department your way, improve efficiency, and build a strong, motivated team.
