Service Manager SOC

Thales Spain is looking for a Security Operation Center Service Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the SOC services, defining the strategy, coordinating threat analysis activities, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and providing expert guidance to support cybersecurity decision-making.

Job responsibilities:

• Serve as the main escalation point and trusted advisor for the customers regarding SOC cybersecurity services.

• Respond to customer's requests on SOC cybersecurity projects and services.

• Prepare and present regular service reports to customer stakeholders.

• Define and oversee service-level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting cycles at customer's level.
