Must-have Skills
- ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and modules, including ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SecOps and App Engine (custom apps).
- Knowledge of development using templates and Generative/Agentic AI
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist and development of flow for App Engine is mandatory
