- Strong in Servicenow Platform
- Strong in Java scripting
- At least 3 yrs experience in ServiceNow HRSD
- Strong in Service Catalog Record producers
- Requirement Gathering and Story point conversion
- Must Have implementation i.E. CIS HRSD certified
- Knowledge of integrations good to have
