Service Operations & Data Analytics Intern

Role Overview

This role is ideal for students who are passionate about data analysis, PowerBI dashboard creation, and operational performance improvement. The intern will work closely with the Service, Finance, Logistics, and Commercial teams, using real operational and service data to deliver meaningful insights and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

PowerBI Dashboard Development & Data Analysis: develop and maintain dashboards to visualize service operations, inventory, and revenue data; create interactive dashboards to track key service KPIs such as ticket response and closure timelines, downtime and service operational performance, and service sales, billing status, and revenue trends; perform data preparation and cleansing to ensure data quality and consistency; translate raw datasets into clear, structured, and actionable visual insights; support recurring reports and ad‑hoc data analysis requests.
