Job Description

Fault Management handling in the Access GMA area ensures timely detection, analysis, and resolution of issues across Wireline, Wireless, and Transport networks to maintain service availability and performance.
Performs network performance management by monitoring, analyzing, and resolving issues such as high RTWP and sleeping cells.
