We have an opportunity at our Rutherford branch for a Service Supervisor. A varied role that will see you working on a range of equipment across John Deere Agricultural Machinery.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service, seeking customer feedback and giving advice to customers over the phoneMonitor and manage daily workflow, compliance with company defined proceduresAssigning jobs to Service Technicians, following up with employee issues or concerns, scheduling and conducting in-house Service Technician trainingMaintaining product knowledge and some liaison with the Parts department, as necessaryAddressing and resolution of customer disputes, in conjunction with the Service ManagerTimely completion of warranty and WIP requirements in conjunction with the Service ManagerReviewing all repair work before releasing to the customer, maintaining pro...
