Main Duties:
Perform planned services on MULTIVAC Australia supported equipment installed on customer sites;Travel to customer sites as required to diagnose and rectify technical issues causing breakdowns;Investigate and proactively work to correct problems where machines are not performing at required levels;Perform machine services and rebuilds in MULTIVAC workshop as required;Provide technical phone support to customers where onsite attendance is not able to be provided;Liaise with management on service-related matters within Australia;Attend machine -specific training courses as directed;Comply with local safety guidelines and ensure risks are identified and controlled whilst working on customer sites and MULTIVAC offices.
