Join Our Team as a Service Technician – Field at Epiroc
The Field Technician participates in the inspection, testing, diagnosis, and repair of heavy‑duty mining equipment by using critical‑thinking skills, strategies, and applying fundamental knowledge of heavy‑duty equipment operations, components, and their interrelationships while working with safety as a top priority.
Field Technicians also engage in the development and application of strengthening and maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment service, troubleshooting and repairs.
- Work on surface and underground Epiroc equipment.
- Conduct machine audits/inspections as required.
- Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Develop and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Daily time entry and technical reporting as required.
