Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 or 4 days per week – subject to change at any time.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) – MUST
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) – MUST
- Extensive experience in end-to-end ServiceNow development, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Service Portal
- ServiceNow Administration with expertise in Server installation and configuration, platform upgrades, instance cloning, and performance optimization for system reliability and efficiency
