The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, customization, integrations, and ServiceNow best practices. Responsibilities Participate in customer workshops to understand business requirements and current challenges. Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and CMDB.
