**ServiceNow CSM Solution Consultant - Norway**
A rapidly growing **ServiceNow Full Lifecycle Partner** is expanding across Europe and the US and is looking for **ServiceNow CSM Solution Consultants** to join its team in **Norway**. This role is ideal for an experienced **CSM Consultant** who can bridge the gap between **business needs and technology**, guiding customers through their **ServiceNow CSM journey**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Consult, design, and deliver **ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions** from initial requirements gathering to final implementation.
- Conduct workshops to map business needs and translate them into **technical solutions**.
- Design, configure, and implement **CSM, ITSM, Employee Center, and ITOM** following best practices.
- Work closely with customers to ensure solutions align with business needs and ServiceNow capabilities.
