Experience:-5-8 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Implement and support ITSM and ITBM modules.
- Develop and manage Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and other platform components.
- Perform server-side scripting and platform customizations.
- Ensure scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with best practices.
Required Skills:-
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Expertise in ITSM & ITBM modules.
- Proficiency in Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs.
