Role Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 4-5 years of experience to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications across ITSM and related modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills, a good understanding of ServiceNow best practices, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (primarily ITSM; exposure to ITOM, HRSD, CSM is a plus).
Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
Design and implement Workflows / Flow Designer solutions.
Develop and maintain Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment processes.
Build and consume REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications.
