Contract Type : Full-time, permanent Location : Noida JOB OVERVIEW The primary purpose of this role comprises of management, administration, support, upgrades and development of Study Group’s ServiceNow platform.
In addition to this is the need to work with relevant IT and business stakeholders to understand new use cases and requirements then develop and implement required changes to the platform.
This is a global role and will require engagement with stakeholders in all regions.
ABOUT THE ROLE ServiceNow Development, Administration and Management Perform end user support as required to resolve issues and service requests, provide guidance, assist teams using the ServiceNow platform and resolve complex escalations where required.
Conduct technical analysis on ServiceNow applications and modules. Provide specialist advice and coaching on how to use ServiceNow to ensure process compliance.
