Key Responsibilities

• Build and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Automate workflows, approvals, and notifications to improve efficiency.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems via APIs and web services.
• Customize the user interface and experience to meet business requirements.
• Data Management: Handle imports, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and reporting.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system performance issues.
• Work with IT, HR, and business teams to align solutions with organizational needs.
