ServiceNow Platform Engineer: ITSM & Transformation

KION Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on ServiceNow development and integration.

The role involves maintaining the ServiceNow platform, translating business needs into design, and providing training to stakeholders. Candidates must possess at least 2 CIS certifications and have proven ITIL and Agile methodology experience.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German would be an advantage as you work with a diverse team.
