BESIX Watpac are seeking an experienced Services Manager to manage the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of building services on a health project in Victoria.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
Proactively drive company safety policies, practices and procedures in compliance with OH&S legislative requirements to provide a safe workplace at all times. Manage the design of Building Services documentation packages across the project, including Mechanical, Electrical, Security, ICT and Hydraulic. Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the developing documentation meets the required specification, cost budgets and programme for construction works.
