We are looking for a Setting the Standard Compliance Officer to join our team and support the delivery of the Setting the Standard (StS) programme. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Local Authority Private Sector Housing or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate housing compliance documents (e.g., Gas Safety, EPCs, NICIEC, Emergency Lighting, AFD).
• Ensure documentation meets StS Standards and is suitable for validation.
• Support HMO licensing compliance under the Housing Act 2004.
• Manage the MHCLG PRS Database and verify uploads from multiple authorities.
• Check and maintain accuracy of data uploaded to the StS Inspection Portal.
