We are looking for a

Senior SFCC Full Stack Technical Support Lead

to drive support operations, lead a technical team, manage customer communication, and ensure delivery excellence across SFCC front-end and back-end solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SFRA, Business Manager operations, ITSM processes, and release management.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ SFCC Full Stack Support
Lead both front-end (SFRA/UI) and back-end (server-side JS, Business Manager) operations.
