+ Develop, configure, and customize MS SharePoint applications to automate existing business processes
+ Develop new and maintain existing sites, content, and resources to include extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies
+ Design, develop, test, debug, and implement new scalable web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#
+ Work closely with end users and Business Process Improvement experts to define, validate, and document website and application requirements
+ Support Agile PM processes for planning and prioritizing development tasks
