SHE Specialist - Occupational Safety and Health
Improving workplace safety by identifying and mitigating operational hazards, strengthening compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a proactive safety culture. The role works closely with the O&M team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, measure and monitor facilities, work areas, work environment parameters, machinery and equipment to identify and remove hazards posing risk to people and property.
- Administer the implementation of OSH plans and programs including PTW System, PPE Management, Office Safety, Clinic management, mandatory Health programs, Chemical safety, Contractor Safety Management, Road Transport Safety, etc.
- Assist in compliance requirements by securing permits and supporting documents for timely submission and reporting.
