Shift Lead – B&Q Elgin
Part Time – 25.5 hours over 4 shifts per week. Permanent Contract.
Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 6am – 10pm (Weekend availability required). £14.50 per hour + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday.
About the role
This is a keyholder position. You will oversee each shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. Your responsibilities include:
- Be the heartbeat of the store and ensure operations run smoothly.
- Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout the shift.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
- Ensure the store is safe at all times.
