Essential duties and responsibilities :
People management
-Trains and develops by following Mooyah training guidelines
-Educates, monitors, communicates, and reinforces all standards to team members.
Operations Management
-ensures restaurant is operating at the highest standards and is compliant with all federal and state regulations.
-demonstrates ability to execute every station according to Mooyah standards and procedures
-responsibile for execution of all store systems
