- Ensure a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and crew
- Lead Crew Members with confidence, drawing on your past McDonald’s leadership experience
- Represent McDonald’s in local events and community initiatives
- Uphold the cleanliness and operational standards you already know by heart
