We are looking for a Shift Manager who will oversee restaurant partners, ensuring everyone has their schedules straight, overseeing opening and closing procedures, ensuring proper shift handovers, and leading kitchen staff to achieve high‑quality products and target costs.

Responsibilities:

• Review daily store performance and ensure proper handling of store funds.
• Implement cash control procedures to prevent errors.
• Develop strategies to reduce restaurant expenses and stay within budget.
• Maintain positive employee relations and promote teamwork among Restaurant Partners.
• Serve as a role model and coach to ensure understanding of service and product quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints and service recovery, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
