Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards while overseeing daily store operations.
• Lead sales‑driving initiatives and customer engagement to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Manage workforce planning, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support.
• Handle store administration and regulatory compliance, including reports, permits, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, at all levels of store operations.
• Ability to perform well under pressure or opposition.
• Willingness to work on shift schedules and long hours.
