The Shift Supervisor - Power Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations. This position combines hands-on technical responsibilities with leadership duties, overseeing utility systems and production floor activities. The successful candidate will supervise shift personnel, manage utility systems, and support manufacturing performance while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Position DetailsSchedule: Rotating 7-day shifts (12-hour days and nights)7 days on (day shifts) → 7 days off → 7 days on (night shifts) → 7 days off
