Job Description
Take on a pivotal role as a Shift Supervisor at FLINT in Annacis Island, BC. This position focuses on daily operational oversight and maintaining high safety standards for client projects.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will report to the Site Manager and lead operational activities on site. Your main responsibilities will include enforcing company policies, providing coaching, and managing incident reports. You will also ensure that all operational targets, including safety and compliance, are met to promote a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support and guide Field Leaders for success
• Manage incidents and communication with stakeholders
