PurposeTo ensure the production targets are achieved safely through effective management of people.
Minimum Qualifications And Requirements Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent is essential. Blasting Certificate is essential. Competent A & B is essential 3 - 5 Years' experience as a Production Shift Supervisor is essential (External) or At least 5 years' experience as a Production Miner with clean record is essential (Internal) Shift Supervisor certificate is essential. Basic computer literacy is essential. Valid medical certificate or medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate is essential. Competencies Demonstrating knowledge pertaining to basic health and safety principles in the workplace is essential.
