Salary: £50k-£60k + benefits (5 day working pattern) + bonus potential
The Company
Our client, in the environmental sector, has an opportunity to join their recycling processing site as a Shift Supervisor in their production team.
The Role of a Shift Supervisor
- As Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of operations during your shift, ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of the site.
- You will supervise, motivate and co-ordinate the operational shift activities at our client's recycling processing plant.
- This includes effective supervision of personnel, maintenance of production standards, and adherence to all safety and compliance protocols.
