Description
Responsible for ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time. Ensure all inbound and outbound traffic is directed to the correct docks. Communicates any issues with the customer, transportation department, and internal floor personnel on all inbound and outbound freight. This role operates from a shipping office located within the center of an active warehouse environment and supports multiple customers with varying documentation and compliance requirements.

- Check in all inbound and outbound loads by appointment time, time stamp, process, and direct to correct dock door in coordination with forklift operators and supervisors.
- Communicate load shortages, damages, variances, returns, and late loads to internal teams and external customers.
