Shipping Coordinator (9 months fixed-term contract)

This is a 9 month fixed term contract, based in our Porcari site.

As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficient shipping of product to customers, and inbound shipments from vendors. You will coordinate freight pickups and arrange shipping details using internal and web-based logistic systems.  In this role, you will organize shipping documentation, ensuring proper bills of lading are generated and that international documents are coordinated with the accounting team.  

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates record keeping on inbound/outbound shipments and preparing documents for shipment.
• Evaluates shipping notices, bills of lading, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
