Position Summary
As a Shisha Man you are responsible to provide basic support and service task, include key responsibilities such as:
Serve guest orders promptly and according to Shisha service procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact professionally with guest, colleagues as appropriate.
• Welcome guests on arrival and help to seat.
• Follow on inventory of Shisha parts, selling report daily.
• Check Shisha if operating well before.
• Answer any guest questions about the Shisha menu, including how to use Shisha and what flavor available.
• Recommend and suggest specialties to guest.
• Take order from guests.
• Up sell whenever possible.
• Clearing and resetting tables once the guests have finished.
• Responsible for overall shisha operations.
• Report any breakage to Supervisor.
Housekeeping
• Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
