A company in Beirut is seeking a Shop Supervisor fir its retail fashion shop:
Manage and motivate a team to maximize sales and ensure customer service efficiency
-Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
-Improve store performance by training, coaching and evaluating employees and job results
-Identify current and future marketing trends by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers
-Ensure availability of merchandise and services
-Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
-Ensure the application an standards of quality customer service, health and safety are always met and exceeded;
-Respond to customer complaints and comments
-Manage visual merchandising
-Ensure an effective replenishment program is achieved
