Position Overview:
Showroom Sales consultants provide great customer service, striving to provide each customer with a warm and
positive experience to support and guide customers to the right solution for their needs making Caterlink the
destination of choice for our customers.
Hours of work Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with 1 hour for break = 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities (include however not limited to):
• Deliver excellence in customer service & sales management through the entire customer service experience.
• Assisting customers with their product selections and enquiries.
• Regular follow up with customers during the selection, quotation, and delivery phase of their purchase
• Develop relationships with customers to ensure we are their preferred supplier
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company's products and services with full training provided
